SMS or Texting Commands
You can perform several actions on your PocketRN account by responding to automated text messages sent from our system. This list will guide you through the possible options.

Caregiver Account
accept
If you are a nurse and have been matched with a patient, you may type "accept" to accept that match to start the meeting. Otherwise, "accept" will not work.
decline
If you are a nurse and have been matched with a patient, you may type "decline" to decline that match, giving the patient match to the next available nurse in the queue. If you are not matched, "decline" will not work.
