Editing an existing meeting flow

Step-by-step

For this scenario, we’ll be considering the flow from Carrie’s, a care coordinator’s, perspective.  You’ll want to consider your situation and adjust accordingly.  The app will guide you through the process.

  1. Go to the Meetings page and select the Upcoming tab to find the meeting you wish to edit.
  2. At the bottom of the screen with the details, you can Edit Participants, Reschedule Meeting, or Cancel Meeting.

Edit participants

Editing the meeting participants will change who receives notifications about the meeting and who will appear in the list of participants when viewing the meeting.  If you add a new participant, they will be notified of the meeting immediately.  Anyone you remove from the meeting will no longer be notified.

Cancel meeting

Canceling the meeting will notify all participants of the cancellation.  If you leave a cancellation note, that will be viewable by all participants as part of the notification.

Reschedule meeting

Rescheduling the meeting technically cancels the existing meeting and walks you through the registration flow for finding a new time. Note that the existing meeting will only be canceled after you confirm the new meeting time. The existing meeting participants should be pre-set for the rescheduled meeting, but you may adjust them accordingly. You cannot reschedule the meeting to the same time as the existing meeting. For more about the scheduling flow, see: Support Article - Scheduling a Meeting.
