Nurses can schedule meetings directly with patients they are currently meeting with or have met with in the past. When scheduling, they can specify the nurse for the next meeting—which could be themselves—enabling continuity of care. Additionally, nurses can reschedule meetings or pass them off to another Nurse. With nurse-driven scheduled meetings, nurses have more direct and flexible control over their patients’ care.
At the end of each meeting, nurses can view and modify the meeting timesheet. The meeting timesheet includes meeting prep time, meeting time, charting time, and patient attendance data. Meeting prep time, meeting time, and charting time are initially precomputed based on the platform’s estimates; however, nurses can expand each section and modify it with more accurate information (as seen for charting time in the screenshot below).
Using the patient attendance section, nurses can designate whether a patient was on time, late, did not show up, requested to reschedule, or was unable to connect due to poor connection. Based on their response the clinical support team will take appropriate action with the patient and their care team.
