Changes for Caregivers

Improved flow for adding a patient

Our improved flow for adding a patient more now allows you to invite a patient’s entire care network. When adding a patient, you may add additional caregivers for that patient as part of the invitation flow. Additionally, you may choose which of these caregivers, if any, holds Power of Attorney (PoA) for the patient. If the patient has one or more PoAs, you will choose one of them or the patient to be responsible for signing consents.

When signing up a patient, you may add additional caregivers for this patient.

After adding caregivers, you can designate which caregiver has Power of Attorney and who should be responsible for signing consents.

Changes for Partners

Clinic-specific consents

We know consenting is easiest for patients and their families if it can all be done in one place! If partners have any required consent forms for their patients to use PocketRN, we now support creating custom consents. Partners can choose whether the consents are optional, require e-signature, and/or expire after a period of time.
