Role

The Clinical Operations Manager will report to the Head of Clinical Operations to oversee the nursing cohort leads, the implementation of clinical workflows, and operating as the clinical point of contact for our partners while supporting the vision, mission, and values of PocketRN.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of clinical workflows for new partners ensuring they meet all contractual requirements and any regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain standard and scalable workflows that enhance efficiency and deliver high quality, evidence-based care.
- Lead initiatives that improve core clinical outcomes, patient experience/engagement and partner satisfaction.
- Demonstrate creative and strategic problem-solving and process improvement of daily operations.
- Collaborate with Customer Success and other internal teams to deliver exceptional service to partners and ensure successful hand-offs from sale to implementation.
- Work closely with the Commercial Strategy and Operations team to help achieve critical metrics and KPIs.
- Implement a quality assurance process for clinical care, including partner-specific requirements.
- Adopt a Lean methodology to strive for continuous improvement. Meet with key stakeholders frequently to adjust protocols as necessary.
- Assist with onboarding and mentoring new nurses.
- Manage and elicit feedback from nurses throughout the nursing journey at PocketRN
- Partner with training specialists to provide professional growth opportunities for nursing staff
Qualifications
- Ability to understand the mission, vision, values of PocketRN and how we are an important and strategic part of the healthcare continuum.
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset and the ability to think critically when facing challenges.
- History of implementing and scaling care delivery models.
- Experience working cross-functionally with internal and external teams on successfully managing a project and moving it from the design phase to implementation and maintenance.
- Leadership experience in a management or operations role.
- Current and active RN license.
