Notifications and Reminders

The platform will notify Nurses when patients schedule meetings on their PocketRN calendar. Additionally, attendees of upcoming meetings will receive automatic meeting reminders and can add the meeting to their calendars.

Changes for Patients and Caregivers

Simplified Caregiver Sign-Up Experience

The platform will direct professional caregivers, family caregivers, or Power of Attorneys to add their first patient immediately after creating their caregiver account. We’ve also made it easier for a Power of Attorney to sign our consent forms on their patient’s behalf. The caregiver experience is now simpler than ever!

Joining specific clinics using a code

Patients and caregivers part of invite-only partnering clinics can now use an invite code given by the partner to create their account directly from the registration page. A representative from the users’ organization can manage their invite codes and share them as URL links, typeable codes, and QR codes within pamphlets or PDFs.
